Documentary - 2040 by Damson Gameau
This afternoon for science we mixed with the other science group as the J block buildings are being shifted and no students were allowed to be in them, we got together to watch a documentary. This documentary was about Climate change, Damson wanted his daughters future to be better than it was today, so he travelled around the world to ask kids about what they would like to see in the future.
What surprised me?
Something that surprised me was that cars were driving themselves, plus they were electric. How much this one person wants to change the world and how many people agree with him. Something else that surprised me was how much we could change having solar power, and that it can connect to your neighbours.
What excited me?
Something I found exciting was the amount of things that us people can change if we just make a little difference to this world. Like people have already started Bangladesh have started using solar power and making a huge difference to their homes.
What worried me?
Watching the documentary a lot of things worried me but when it came more into the documentary it kind made more scene. One thing I found very weird was people growing gardens on top of there buildings and houses.
I think that if we start making a difference now we will have a much happier place!
