Government

The this activity we had to brainstorm what you thought a government means. After that you had to research about the New Zealand government. After that we had to create a poster, in our own words to show anyone who didn't understand what government means.

Poems

For my second work shop, was with Miss Clark, doing poems. To start off she gave a a template and we had to fill in the questions, this was a simple easy task, I had a meeting half way through this lesson so didn't finish it all, but got at least one poem done.

Critical Literacy

In social studies, we have a matrix that we do independently when our group isn't with a teacher, when you are with a teacher your doing a workshop, my first workshop was with Miss Mclaren, doing critical literacy, this means just digging deeper into what your thinking, reading ect. 

Our task was looking at pictures and, writing down questions, and things we see in the picture. This was training our brains to think deeper.
