 New World Little Garden

For the last couple of weeks Miss Waho has been selecting things from New World. If you spent over $20 you would get things and this time it was gardening things. So on Monday Rimu class were doing some planting and we picked our own plant that we wanted to plant and we did there was enough for everyone to have one. Here is the instrutions to what we did:

#1 We got the cup with the plant we wanted to plant.

#2 We put the soil onto a white plastic plate.

#3 We watered it and mushed it with our hands.

#4 We then put some soil into the mini cup that came with it.

#5 We put the seeds that were in a white fluffy thing in the cup.

#6 We put the rest of the soil on the top of that. 

#7 we put in the little flag thing that told us what we planted.

#8 We put our names on the cup.

#9 We put them in the container that was sitting on the table. 

#10 We waited for them to grow

Today the senior hub did some building with a awesome lady called

Rachel. She brought her lego into our senior hub and shared it with us. Rimu class were after Rata and Tawa. Here is a slide about lego:

Tens 10 Make One Hundred

Today I was doing some maths and I finished my work and I had to do extension I had to make a slide to show someone else how to do this problem so this is my slide and if you have some feedback feel free to say down beklow in the comment box:

My next step is to make better progress when trying to share.

Keyboard skills

Typing Online

We are learning to type faster on our divices. Today the senior hub did 10 minites  on it to see if our typing has increased.

Today I am going to share my mihi with you now by useing a tool called screencastify.

Handwriting.

Fine Motor Skills

Today Rimu class did some handwriting. Were are learing to make our letters the same height and the corriecion of the speling. 

My next step from me is to look at the corricun of the spelling. From my buudy her comment was bot to rush it.

Typing

     Typing Skills 

We are learning to type quickly to see if it helps our learning in different curriculum areas.

This means that I can: type faster so that I can do things without looking at the keyboard.

I think my typing has helped me improve my writing I do not normally write heaps of writing and I have been writing lots.

My next step is to learn to type big words on the computer and not look at the keyboard.
